Fort of Pavagadh and the ruined Hindu and Jain Temples

Location: Champaner, Pavagadh, Gujarat, India.
Idea: One of the Most Offbeat and Unexplored places near Pavagadh in Gujarat.
Best Time: Anytime during day time.

As the name suggests, this fort is situated atop the Pavagadh hill and is an integral part of the Pavagadh hill landscape. Inside this outstanding fort, lay many religious structures and one of them being the very famous Lakulish Temple in the Mauliya plateau.
There are many other temples built by the Hindus and the Jains and are significant of their respective styles of architecture and design. The cool breeze, with verdant locales and the fabulous architecture of these edifices, make this attraction very popular amongst tourists.
